M&L Hospitality has successfully executed the first phase of its asset enhancement programme at Four Points by Sheraton Darling Harbour, Sydney.
Soon after its acquisition of the iconic Sydney hotel, M&L Hospitality commenced the first phase of an extensive asset enhancement programme, including a reconfiguration and upgrade creating an additional 66 hotel rooms. In addition, the refurbishment of the hotel exterior has been completed, as well as the replacement of the outdoor restaurant canopy, the refurbishment of all six guest lifts and the replacement of TV sets and beds in all 630 hotel rooms. Wireless Internet connections has been installed throughout the hotel, including all hotel rooms and lobby areas.

Phase two of the Four Points by Sheraton asset enhancement programme, including the interior refurbishment of all guest rooms, has commenced and is due to be completed in 2013.
