We are proud to announce that M&L Hospitality’s acquisition of the Four Points by Sheraton has won the award for 2010 Hotel Deal of the Year at the 10th Australian, New Zealand and Pacific Hotel Industry Conference (ANZPHIC).

The 10th Anniversary of ANZPHIC was held at the Hilton Sydney, Australia. More than 400 hotel owners, investors, developers, operators, lenders, advisers and other stakeholders joined the annual event to get updated with the latest market information, share experiences and network.

Our acquisition of Four Points by Sheraton stood out among other hotel purchases due to its excellent location in Sydney, good performance, further revenue and profit growth potential, and transaction price. Our Chairman, Mr Michael Kum, personally received the award and expressed his continued interest in investing in Australia.

Through M&L Hospitality’s active asset enhancement strategy, an extensive upgrade and reconfiguration programme is planned for the hotel, including the complete refurbishment of all 630 rooms.
