hotel, West Hotel, opening December 2017.

Located near Barangaroo at 65 Sussex Street, Sydney, West Hotel is named after its position in the emerging western corridor of Sydney, sitting between Sydney Harbour and the CBD.

The Dining Room by West Hotel, the hotel’s all day dining restaurant, will be a relaxed, sophisticated dining experience. Dishes will be beautifully presented, delicious and created with nourishing and locally sourced ingredients, mindful of sustainability, seasonality and produce origins.
