Swissotel Sydney is hosting Sydney’s Annual Swiss Food Festival from 28 July to 12 August.
The two week festival will showcase authentic Swiss Cuisine created by Executive Chef Tanja Nixdorf. “Many Australians aren’t familiar with authentic Swiss Cuisine” said Nixdorf, “we are looking forward to giving our guests a Swiss culinary experience.”
Owners of Swissotel Sydney, M&L Hospitality, have funded a multi-million dollar refurbishment programme this year, with the festival giving the hotel the opportunity to show off its newly refurbished JPB Restaurant recently completed in July 2012.
